Universal Guardrails by Tie Down are interchangeable with the Architectural Series bases. The universal guardrails are manufactured out of high strength low alloy steel (HSLA). Guardrails exceed all OSHA load requirements. All guardrails and bases are manufactured 100% in the USA.
Guardrails are available in High Visibility TS22 Safety Yellow or Pre-Galvanized Sold in pallet quantities of 12.

Zip Base offers superior resistance to impact loads and its unique design is 40% lighter than competitor bases. Comes with toe board slots on each side and handle holes for lifting. Pallet of 12 bases only.

Case Study from Tie Down Manufacturing
Problem: A multinational food products corporation headquartered in Paris, France requested assistance in providing rooftop fall protection for its United States facility. The requirement was to bring their rooftops into compliance with OSHA Code 1910.28(b)(13).
Resolution: At the request of the plant engineer, we surveyed 13 roofs and development a comprehensive fall protection program that included more than 3,500 linear feet of our patented universal guardrail system, 2 pyramid skylight railings, 15 corrugated skylight screens and numerous self-closing gates.
